  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our inventory and selecting the date of your event to check availability. Add selected items needed for your event to your cart and make arrangements for pickup or for the items to be delivered to your home or event venue. After your event, simply pack up the items for pickup or return them to us. We'll take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party.

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us upon the return of the items. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacement. All items must be returned, even if broken or stained or you will be charged the full replacement cost for missing items. Please review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Professional delivery is available within Douglas County. Please contact us to make sure we serve your area.

    The starting rate of $125 includes basic round-trip delivery to and pick-up from a reasonably flat delivery area that is easily accessible to our trucks within normal delivery hours which are: Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00 Sat 9:00-2:00

    *All deliveries will be dropped off and professionally stacked as close to the requested delivery area as possible. Delivery vehicle accessibility and a suitable unloading/loading location will be the final determinant of the exact delivery spot.

    *Additional distances, stairs, elevators, exact time/after-hours/Sunday/Holiday deliveries, etc., will be subject to additional charges. Please review our delivery policy for additional information regarding fees and expectations.
